How to Find Foreclosure Listings

Foreclosure is a legal process in which a real estate that was used to secure a debt is sold in order to appease the debt. This happens when a debtor has failed to pay back a loan or debt obligations including bonds, mortgages, loans, and promissory notes. The term for this process is called default. When the process of foreclosure is completed and the lender has already sold the property, its proceeds will be use to pay off its mortgage and any legal costs.

The high rate of mortgage foreclosures in Philadelphia is seen to be an urgent problem. In order to bring back the ownership of the home, a homeowner can take the assistance from defense lawyers who knows how to provide defense action against the eviction. These professional people have the twofold mortgage foreclosure strategies which are Long-term Solutions and Intervention. They will use their knowledge in residential real estate market and their experience in the field of mortgage lending to assist their clients.

About Rittenhouse Square

Rittenhouse Square is one of the five original open space parks planned during the late 17th William Penn century, the Central Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Originally called Southwest Square, Rittenhouse Square is the name of David Rittenhouse, a descendant of the first paper-maker in Philadelphia, the German immigrant William Rittenhouse. William Rittenhouse's original paper mill site is known as Rittenhousetown, which is located in the rural setting of Fairmount Park along Paper Mill Run. David Rittenhouse was a clockmaker and friend of the American Revolution.

Today, the tree filled Park is surrounded by trendy shops, fine restaurants, including the apartment and the two five-star hotels. Its green grasses and benches are great for lunch during the destinations of workers of Philadelphia's Center City neighborhood, while the lion and the goat statues are popular gathering spots for small children and their parents.

More broadly, the name of Rittenhouse Square is used informally to designate the neighborhood surrounding the square itself, at its greatest extent covering most of the western half of Center City, Market Street in the north of South Street and Broad Street in the south east to the west of the river Schuylkill. This region is the city, especially in the south of the square box containing the most expensive real estate Philadelphia. Although the most popular is the affluent 25-35 year old segment, the inhabitants of the area vary widely in age.

The Rittenhouse neighborhood is also home to many cultural institutions, including the Curtis Institute of Music, Philadelphia Art Alliance is the Rosenbach Museum & Library, and the Civil War and the Underground railroad museum.
